Kabbalah (unlike what people think or know) is the wisdom who explains the underlying truth about our world (world meaning everything we perceive). It is the “science” (although it is not so correct to call it a science) or the “physics” of the hidden side (called also “upper worlds” or “spirituality”) of the reality or nature that we cannot (normally) perceive/feel. It is the root of all religions and beliefs, judaism being the closest. In fact, kabbalah is the “soul” of judaism. Being such, it is also the “secret code” of the Bible (and all other jewish holy texts).
Kabbalah is also a “technique” to perceive the total/complete/whole reality (called “Infinite World” meaning “complete”/”non partial” perception).
This wisdom can be best understood studying with Bnei Baruch Kabbalah Research and Education Institute at http://www.kabbalah.info/ Other sources who teaches or explains this wisdom can be seem as very strange, mystic, non sense.
